Rules of the Mosonmagyaróvár Model Contest (MMC) 2009

By entering the competiton you accept the rules, and who brakes the rules will be bared out immediately.

Competitors

- Competitors over 18 years should enter only the adult categories, competitotrs under 18 years can enter all categories.
- All competitors will have a registration number for identification purpose.

The models

- In case of prototypes, rare vehicles, special camouflages ect. documentation is required. We ask you to make some copies of your documentation, as we can not take responsiblility for them. We also can not take responsiblility for CD-s, DVD-s, ect.
- We also ask you to enclose the building guide only in case of no other ducomentation is available.
- All models should be entered with the builders name.
- In case of group build models name of all modelers worked on the given model should be represented on the entering blank.
- Award winner models from Mosonmagyaróvár 2007-2008 competiton should not enter the competiton, only the exhibition.
- If these models are rebuilded, or placed in a diorama, they are able to be entered this years competiton.

The judges

- Well known modellers from 8 countries will judge the models.
- Judge teams will be composed of 3-3 modellers
- Judge team members will choose together the best models of each category and will evaluate them.
- Judges have the right to craete new categories, or delete them after reconciliation with the organizators.
- Judges have the right also to order the false entered models into the right category, or to bar out a model if they feel it necessary to do.

The prizes

- In all categories models will be awarded with gold, silver, and bronze medals, more of each one if it's necessary.
- Only the entered models can be awarded.
- If the judge feels it necessary there will be less awards issued, eg. no bronze medals.
- In the junior categories the winners will be awarded with model kits.
- All competitors could be awarded only once in each category.
