DEALERS INFORMATION
Conditions and rules for traders on MMC 2009
The treaders must accept the rules. (Please read the appendix)
This year there are two different areas available for traders:
Premium:
- Frequented areas (ground floor)
- Price: 20 euro/m (available sites: 2/4/6/8m, please ask organizers for special needs)
- Pass is valid from 17:00, 17. april 2009. to 17:00 19. april 2009.
Standard
- Other areas (first floor)
- 15 euro/m (available sites: 2/4/6/8m, please ask organizers for special needs)
- Pass is valid from 17:00, 17. april 2009. to 17:00 19. april 2009.

Open Time
- Friday 13:00 - 18:00
- Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
- Sunday 09:00 - 15:00
Security staff will not be available, organizers can not take take responsiblility for any valuables.
Traders who brake the rules of trading will have to suspend trading immediately.
Rules for traders 
- The current „traders supervisor” is one of the organizers, who is entitled to answer the questions and solve the problems related to the trading sites.
- Organisators ensure the tables and chairs.
- If the trader needs any other service (e.g. water, electricity, ect.) please ask the organizers at least 2 weeks before the event, using one of the connection E-mail addresses.
- In this year organizers can not ensure cover for the tables, because it’s prohibited by the fire department.
- The traders have to accept the law of trading of Hungary (invoice).
- The organizers can not take responsibility for the origin of the goods of traders.
- The organizers reserve the right to assign the traders sites.
- The organizers can not take responsibility for any valuables.
- Mongering of any prohibited emblems (e.g. swastika) is prohibited.
- Mongering of copies of copyrighted goods is also prohibited.
- Holding or mongering of any kind of guns, knives, cold steels or explosives is also prohibited.
- Traders who brake the rules of trading will have to suspend trading immediately.
